Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across NewGen Administrative Services. This role leads operational strategy and execution, ensuring processes, systems, and teams support compassionate, efficient, and compliant service delivery. The Vice President Operations manages operational budgets and P&L, sets performance targets, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional leaders, optimizing workflows, monitoring key metrics, and resolving operational issues that impact patient and family experiences. The role also guides project portfolios, supports strategic planning efforts, and fosters a culture of accountability, customer focus, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex workflows, optimize processes, and manage initiatives from planning through implementation.
Proficiency in P&L Management and Strategic Planning to align operational performance with financial goals and long-term organizational objectives.
Demonstrated Customer Service expertise, with the ability to design and maintain service standards that support compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a remote or distributed environment, with skills in coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including experience using data and KPIs to guide operational improvements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective partnerships across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MHA) or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience in healthcare services, administrative services, or a mission-driven organization is highly beneficial.
