Role Description The Director Project Delivery is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects that support NewGen’s care-focused mission. This role leads cross-functional project teams, sets delivery timelines, manages budgets, and ensures projects meet scope, quality, and compliance standards. The Director monitors project progress, identifies risks, implements mitigation plans, and communicates status updates and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include aligning project objectives with organizational strategy, optimizing processes, developing best practices, and coaching team members for effective performance. The role requires strong collaboration with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to ensure that project outcomes enhance patient and family experiences.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
Candidates should possess effective Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support evidence-based decisions.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage project financials, track costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Proven experience in leading complex projects within healthcare, administrative services, or a related field is beneficial.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution abilities are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using digital collaboration tools and maintaining strong team engagement.
