Licensed Therapist – Independent Contractor (Part-Time)
Path to Growth Marriage & Family Counseling is expanding! We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed therapists in Texas and Nevada to join our growing group practice.
We believe therapists should be able to focus on providing meaningful, high-quality care without having to manage every aspect of building a private practice on their own. Our goal is to provide clinicians with the flexibility and autonomy of private practice while offering the referrals, marketing, administrative support, and professional community of a group practice.
This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling and telehealth options. In-person opportunities may also be available depending on location.
Compensation
Starting at $60+ per clinical session, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, licensure, and other relevant factors. Opportunities for increased compensation may be available as clinicians grow within the practice.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy within your areas of competence
Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans
Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and the practice
Maintain appropriate client follow-up and continuity of care
Comply with applicable ethical, licensing, confidentiality, and professional standards
Qualifications
Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted license to independently practice psychotherapy in Texas and/or Nevada.
Texas applicants may include LMFT, LPC, and LCSW clinicians. Nevada applicants may include LMFT, CPC, and LCSW clinicians.
We welcome therapists from a variety of clinical backgrounds and specialties. Experience or interest in anxiety, relationships and couples therapy, men's mental health, life transitions, and culturally informed care is especially welcome.
