Role Description The Vice-President for Growth is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic partnerships. This role oversees the development and execution of growth strategies, including sales initiatives, business development efforts, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, setting performance targets, and aligning cross-functional teams around growth objectives. The Vice-President for Growth will collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine the company’s go-to-market approach, optimize pipelines, and ensure consistent, measurable results. This position also involves mentoring team members, improving processes, and representing the company in key external relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Strategic Planning skills to guide high-performing teams and shape long-term growth initiatives.
Candidates should possess Marketing skills to design and oversee effective campaigns that support brand awareness and lead generation.
Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience using data to inform strategy.
Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
Relevant experience in growth-focused leadership roles, ideally in finance, technology, or consulting, is highly beneficial.
An advanced degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
