Job Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Lead the full-scale expansion across Southern, Central, and Northern Vietnam. Possess deep expertise in regional channel nuances and formulate differentiated product strategies tailored to local market characteristics.
Channel Development: Spearhead the development and intensive management of GT (General Trade), KA (Key Accounts), agents, and distributors. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of supply chain policies and collaboration models.
Localized Marketing: Plan and execute localized promotional campaigns to enhance terminal sell-through rates and conversion efficiency.
Performance Achievement: Independently manage the full cycle of new client acquisition from 0 to 1, taking full ownership of GMT (Gross Margin Turnover) targets.
Job Requirements
Industry Background: Minimum 3 years of experience in the disposable hygiene products sector (adult diapers, baby diapers, sanitary napkins, etc.), or 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
Language Proficiency: Chinese or English as a working language (required for reporting and communication).
Market Insight: In-depth familiarity with the market differences between North, Central, and South Vietnam, coupled with hands-on experience in localized marketing execution.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in developing new business from scratch (0 to 1) and consistently meeting or exceeding GMT targets.
Work Style: Willingness to travel frequently and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.
