Remote Project Manage

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Project Manager role responsible for overseeing logistics projects across EU and Scandinavian routes. The Project Manager will coordinate transport and warehousing activities, manage timelines, and align resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. Daily tasks include tracking project progress, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing status reports, and communicating with internal teams, partners, and clients. The role also involves identifying risks, resolving operational issues, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with operations, IT, and customer support to ensure smooth execution of logistics solutions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain environments, ideally across EU and Scandinavian markets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using digital tools and project management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with modern logistics technology, data tracking systems, and performance reporting.
Relevant education in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in part-time or flexible project roles and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
