Compensation & Working Details
Salary: ₹5–7 LPA, based on experience and portfolio strength.
Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday (9 hours).
Location: Work from office only, Mumbai. This is not a hybrid or remote role.
Leave: 15 days through the year, plus 3 additional days each for Diwali and New Year.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mid-Level Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Mid-Level Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs across brand identities, campaigns, social and digital assets, packaging, and print. Responsibilities include collaborating with the design, brand and content teams, refining and iterating on design directions, and holding brand consistency across every touchpoint. The role involves creating logos, typography systems, layouts, and graphics that align with client objectives and project timelines, as well as adapting identity systems into motion and social-first formats alongside the motion and UI UX pods. The designer will prepare production-ready files, respond to feedback constructively, and contribute to the overall creative quality of the studio's work.
We are an AI-native studio. AI platforms are used here to expedite the work — never to replace the thinking. Taste has to come from the person. You will be expected to build a working craft with tools like Claude, Midjourney and Figma's AI features, and to keep pace as those tools change.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphic Design, including experience with layouts and visual compositions.
Proficiency in graphics creation for digital and print media, with an understanding of current design trends.
Demonstrated skills in Logo Design and Branding to help build cohesive visual identities.
Solid grasp of Typography, including type pairing, hierarchy, and legibility across formats.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar). Working knowledge of After Effects or motion basics is a plus.
3–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in a studio, agency, or brand-focused environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, campaign design, and versatile visual styles.
Comfort with AI tools as part of the daily workflow. Existing experience is welcome but not required — willingness to learn, absorb quickly and apply is what counts.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and visual storytelling.
