Role Description The Office Associate role at Urban Frill is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the Office Associate supports daily office operations, including handling general administrative tasks, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include assisting with basic accounting and billing activities, coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and supporting office inventory and supplies. The Office Associate also interacts with customers and internal teams, providing courteous assistance, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of information. This role requires consistent attention to detail, reliable follow-through on assigned tasks, and a proactive approach to improving office efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional email handling.
Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills for organizing files, managing schedules, and supporting daily office operations.
Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, address inquiries, and provide courteous support.
Basic Accounting skills to assist with billing, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email tools) and comfort with learning new systems.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred; relevant vocational training or a diploma/degree in commerce, business, or administration is an advantage.
