Responsibilities
Identify and research interesting attorneys, physicians, medical experts, and other potential guests for Superinsight interviews.
Reach out to prospective guests, coordinate scheduling, and manage the guest pipeline.
Research each guest and prepare a concise interview brief with background information, talking points, and suggested questions.
Coordinate all pre-interview logistics so the host and guest can simply show up and have a conversation.
Manage remote video recording sessions, including camera, audio, lighting, framing, recording settings, and troubleshooting.
Serve as the producer during interviews, monitoring audio/video quality and helping keep the conversation engaging and on track.
Edit full-length video interviews for YouTube and other long-form channels.
Create multiple short-form clips from each interview for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and other social channels.
Add captions, graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros, branding, and other visual elements as appropriate.
Create compelling titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and other supporting content for each episode.
Turn interviews into additional content such as LinkedIn posts, quotes, articles, and email content.
Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited videos, clips, thumbnails, and published content.
Coordinate the complete production calendar and ensure episodes are delivered on schedule.
Continuously improve the format, production quality, and workflow based on audience engagement and feedback.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience producing podcasts, video interviews, YouTube content, or similar media.
Experience managing the entire production process, not just video editing.
Strong video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Descript, or similar.
Experience producing short-form social video from long-form interviews.
Strong understanding of audio and video production, including microphones, cameras, lighting, framing, and remote recording.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple guests, interviews, deadlines, and production tasks simultaneously.
Ability to research guests and develop thoughtful interview questions.
Comfortable working directly with executives, attorneys, physicians, and other senior professionals.
Strong attention to detail and a high bar for production quality.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the entire production workflow.
Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube content is strongly preferred.
Experience in legal, healthcare, medical, insurance, SaaS, or other professional-services content is a strong plus.
Experience working with founders or startup executives is a plus.
Remote work experience and flexibility across US time zones.
