People Rewards Manager - Southern Europe

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused People Local Rewards to support rewards operations across Southern Europe (primarily France, Spain and oversee Italy).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver reward processes and annual reward cycles across Southern Europe.
Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Lead or contribute to local, regional, and global reward projects.
Conduct market benchmarking and analyze compensation survey data.
Partner with external benefits providers and brokers.
Collaborate with Local People Partners, People Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and Works Councils.
Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
Provide reward advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Drive continuous improvement, automation and simplification across reward operations.
Your Profile
University degree in human resources, business or related degree
10 years plus of C&B experience in a multinational company, tech industry experience preferred, or a consulting company with excellent knowledge of local laws
Knowledge in C&B areas like market pricing, C&B systems and/or process development, job evaluation, pay planning, benefits program design & administration
Possess excellent communication skills and effectively interacts at all levels
Should be able to work with ambiguity, be independent and willing to take initiatives, challenges and responsibilities
Advanced analytical skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
