Senior DevOps Engineer – Fintech | ₹80 LPA

About the Role
This is a high-impact DevOps role at a fast-growing fintech company, where you’ll own the infrastructure powering critical financial systems at scale.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just maintain infrastructure — you build it, automate it, secure it, and make it bulletproof.
What You’ll Work On
Architect and manage highly scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure.
Build and improve Kubernetes-based production environments.
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
Own CI/CD pipelines and engineering automation.
Build robust monitoring, observability and incident-response systems.
Work closely with engineering and security teams on reliability, performance and compliance.
Design infrastructure for high-volume, low-latency financial transactions.
What We’re Looking For
8–11 years of strong DevOps/SRE experience.
Mandatory fintech/payments/banking/financial-services experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and Cloud.
Excellent understanding of Linux, networking, security and distributed systems.
Experience with PCI-DSS, security and compliance in production environments.
Proven experience operating systems where uptime, security and scalability are non-negotiable.
