Role Description
The Technical Product Operations Intern will support day-to-day operations of SRND AI’s platform, focusing on ensuring that product features and workflows run smoothly for artists and partners. This unpaid internship role is remote and involves assisting with monitoring system performance, documenting processes, QA testing, and helping triage and resolve user-reported issues. The intern will collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and suggest improvements to tools and operations. Responsibilities may include preparing basic reports, updating internal knowledge bases, supporting onboarding of new users, and helping test product updates before release. The intern is expected to work independently, communicate clearly with distributed team members, and contribute to a structured, data-informed product operation.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret product usage data, identify patterns, and support operational decisions.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly document issues, processes, and solutions.
Foundational Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to help diagnose platform issues and assist users in navigating the product.
Basic Sales awareness to understand user value propositions and support teams in aligning product operations with growth objectives.
Interest in technology, product operations, or SaaS platforms; experience with dashboards, ticketing tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, experimental environment.
Enrollment in or completion of studies in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines) is preferred but not required.
