Fully Remote (U.S. – Pacific Time Zone) | Contract | W-2 | $45-$55/hour
Elevate is seeking a U.S. Legal Talent Recruitment Specialist to join our growing U.S. Legal Talent team. This role is focused on the talent side of legal recruiting, with primary responsibility for sourcing, interviewing, engaging, and placing attorneys and other legal professionals in contract, interim, project-based, contract-to-hire, direct-hire, and permanent legal opportunities nationwide.
The ideal candidate brings substantial legal recruiting experience, a proven track record of successful placements, strong relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for the legal industry. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building meaningful relationships with legal talent, and take pride in helping attorneys and other legal professionals advance their careers.

Key Qualifications
3+ years of legal recruiting experience.
Demonstrated success placing attorneys and other legal professionals in contract, interim, temporary, project-based, contract-to-hire, and other flexible legal staffing engagements.
Significant experience recruiting for fast-moving opportunities where responsiveness, urgency, and candidate engagement are critical.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, screening, and talent assessment skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys and other legal professionals.
Demonstrated success meeting recruiting goals and placement targets.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Collaborative team player with a high degree of accountability, initiative, drive, and professionalism.
Passion for the legal industry and helping legal professionals advance their careers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and active searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must be located in the United States and with flexibility to support recruiting activities during Pacific Time Zone hours and, when needed, outside standard business hours to accommodate candidate and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
J.D. / Law School Graduate
Prior professional experience as an attorney, paralegal, or other legal professional before transitioning into legal recruiting.
Established active network of attorneys and other legal professionals, particularly in California.
Experience recruiting for both law firms and corporate legal departments.
