Business Development Consultant

Korsell Corporate Consult Ltd (KCC) is building a portfolio of businesses and technology-enabled ventures across business transformation, agribusiness, technology, AI, emerging technologies, and investment opportunities.
As we expand our projects and client ecosystem, we are looking for Business Development Consultants to join our growing network.
This is an opportunity for commercially minded individuals who enjoy identifying opportunities, building relationships, introducing clients, and helping businesses access the right solutions.
What You Will Do
As a Business Development Consultant, you will:
Identify and develop prospective clients, partners, vendors, and business opportunities.
Introduce relevant KCC products and projects to prospective customers.
Understand client needs and connect them with the appropriate KCC solution or project.
Generate leads through personal networks, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, events, communities, and other channels.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
Follow up on opportunities through the sales process.
Support client onboarding and handover to the appropriate KCC team.
Identify strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities.
Work with KCC's emerging AI-powered business operating system and AI agents to support lead generation, qualification, follow-up, and business development activities.

This is a performance-based Business Development Consultant opportunity.
Consultants earn based on successful business generated, according to the applicable compensation structure for the product or project.
