Role Description The National Sales Director is a full-time remote position responsible for leading sales strategy and performance across all regions. This role oversees national sales planning, sets revenue targets, and develops market expansion plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring a distributed sales team, monitoring sales pipelines, and optimizing processes to drive conversion and retention. The National Sales Director will collaborate closely with marketing and operations to refine offerings, support key accounts, and ensure consistent client experience. This role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and representing the company in strategic partner discussions and industry events.
Qualifications
Demonstrated strength in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding national revenue targets.
Experience in Team Management, including coaching, performance reviews, and building inclusive, high-performing sales teams.
Proficiency in Market Planning, including territory design, go-to-market strategies, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Background in Account Management, with skills in relationship building, contract negotiation, and long-term client retention.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with CRM platforms, sales metrics, and forecasting tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
