Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Installer role based in Guwahati. The Software Installer will be responsible for installing and configuring software applications on client systems, ensuring compatibility and proper functionality. The role includes coordinating with clients to understand system requirements, performing basic hardware setup when necessary, and documenting installation procedures. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting installation issues, providing technical support related to installed software, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Installation and working with various Software applications and environments.

Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Hardware Installation skills for setting up and connecting devices as required.
Candidates should possess clear communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to explain technical information in simple terms.

Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
