Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Associate will identify and engage prospective clients in manufacturing and industrial sectors, present Horizon Industrial Services’ consulting and compliance solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding client requirements related to industrial property and statutory approvals, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role involves close coordination with internal compliance and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services and high client satisfaction, as well as participation in local networking events and industry forums to build a strong pipeline. The Sales Associate will be expected to meet sales targets, provide regular reports on market trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals in B2B environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional client-facing behavior.
Basic knowledge or strong interest in industrial real estate, statutory compliances, and local regulatory processes in Maharashtra.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools for managing leads, opportunities, and client data.
Ability to work on-site across Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad, conduct field visits, and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience in industrial consulting, real estate, or related sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant educational background in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial.
