Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
I. Position Overview
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for leading the company's overall commercial strategy and commercialization framework. They oversee core functions such as business development, sales, marketing, customer management, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
Typically reporting to the CEO, the CCO translates corporate strategy into actionable commercial growth plans. II. Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy Formulation
Formulate the overall corporate commercial strategy and medium-to-long-term commercial development plans.

Lead sales, business development, commercial operations, and related teams.

12. Executive Strategic Support

III. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in commercial strategy, sales, business development, or commercial operations.
Proven experience in enterprise-level revenue growth and market expansion.
Familiarity with one or more business models (B2B, B2C, or enterprise-level).
Proficiency in sales pipeline management, customer management, and commercial forecasting.
Experience in strategic partnerships, business negotiations, and key account management.
Strong financial acumen and commercial analysis capabilities.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and large commercial organizations.
MBA or advanced education in business management preferred.
