About the role
J2 Group is looking for a part-time Recruiter to join our team remotely from the Philippines. You'll be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for our Australian and South African campaigns, using LinkedIn Recruiter as your primary tool. This is a pipeline-focused role: your job is to keep a steady flow of qualified, placement-ready candidates coming in so we can move fast when a new campaign or role opens up.
What you'll be doing
Source candidates in Australia and South Africa using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future placements
Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements
Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure candidates are placement-ready and available to start quickly
Keep candidate records and pipeline status organized and up to date
What we're looking for
Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing (required)
Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally sourcing for Australian and/or South African markets
Strong written English communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workflow and pipeline independently
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote working setup
Based in the Philippines
