Requirements:
Industry Experience (Preferred): Finance, Gaming, NFTs/Web3 Real Estate, E-commerce, Food, Health, and Agriculture. Manufacturing profiles are not allowed.
Experience: 5-10 years.
Education: B. Tech / Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Client-facing experience (stakeholder management, requirement discussions, status reporting).
Blockchain project experience (mandatory).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Proven experience delivering projects on time and within scope.
Good to Have:
Exposure to AI/ML projects.
Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 SAFe, etc. ).
