People & Culture Administrator – Part Time 0.6 FTE
Flexible work pattern with options of shorter days over the week or 3 full days.
About The Role
This is a permanent, part-time position supporting core functions in the People and Culture team at CObH to ensure HR & WHS documentation and processes are delivered in a timely and efficient way, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This is a varied role that requires high levels of attention to detail, strong organisational skill and the ability to juggle priorities.
About You
If you are friendly, reliable and enjoy being part of a small, supportive team with a genuine passion for organisation and administration we would like to hear from you. Experience working in a HR team is an advantage, but not essential, we are looking for an admin super star who has:
Demonstrated administration experience and enjoys keeping the team organised and workloads running smoothly
Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
The ability to comfortably handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
A reliable, responsive and organised personality, unphased managing competing priorities
Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team and is happy to pitch in and help others.
Experience using Microsoft Office and possibly HR or recruitment systems
Brings a positive attitude and genuine commitment to your work and a great team spirit.
