Seeking a Senior ServiceNow IRM Consultant to lead an enterprise Risk Management & GRC relaunch for a large enterprise client.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead executive and business stakeholder workshops
Design enterprise risk taxonomy, control libraries, and KRI frameworks
Define risk appetite, thresholds, notifications, and escalation workflows
Translate business requirements into configuration-ready ServiceNow IRM specifications
Assess and rationalize existing risks and controls
Develop risk, control, and KRI reference libraries
Coach internal client teams and support knowledge transfer.
🔹 Required Experience:
Strong Enterprise Risk Management / GRC consulting experience
Hands-on ServiceNow IRM experience.
Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and risk/control frameworks.
Experience designing KRIs, thresholds, risk appetite, and reporting.
Executive-level workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
Experience relaunching or improving existing GRC/IRM environments.
