About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Prior experience in the Gaming, Casino, iGaming, or Sports Betting industry is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
Track project progress and performance using established KPIs and reporting frameworks.
Ensure projects align with business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure successful project execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing software development or technology projects.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
PLUS to have Qualifications
Experience working in the Gaming, Casino, iGaming, Lottery, Sports Betting, or Interactive Entertainment industry .
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.
Experience managing distributed and global teams.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within gaming environments.
