The Role
Aphore is seeking an exceptionally capable Microsoft Business Applications Specialist to become the primary owner, builder and champion of our Microsoft Dynamics and Business Automation platforms.
This is a hands-on technical role.
We are not looking for a coordinator, administrator or manager.
We are looking for someone who loves building solutions, automating processes and creating exceptional user experiences.
You will be responsible for designing, building, improving and maintaining the systems that support every stage of the Aphore customer journey, from marketing and sales through to customer onboarding, service delivery, support and ongoing engagement.
You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, sales teams and executive leadership to continuously improve how Aphore operates.

Manage service catalogues
Track proposal engagement
Track proposal opens
Trigger automated follow-up activities
Create customer onboarding workflows
Customer Journey Automation
You will design and improve automated customer experiences including:
Lead generation
Lead nurturing
Sales activities
Proposal delivery
Customer onboarding
Client reviews
Event registration
Renewals
Customer retention campaigns
AI & Copilot Innovation
You will help Aphore leverage the latest AI technologies including:
Microsoft Copilot
Copilot Studio
AI Agents
Automated customer interactions
Knowledge management solutions
AI-assisted sales processes
AI-driven automation opportunities
Service Delivery Transformation
You will help us evolve and modernise our customer support and operational systems including:
Zendesk migration planning
Microsoft-based service management

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience
Minimum 5 years experience with:
