Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North, with compensation up to 6 LPA. The Residential Interior Designer will develop and present design concepts for residential projects, including layouts, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with client needs and budget. Responsibilities include conducting site visits and measurements, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and overseeing execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The role involves client consultation, design revisions, and timely project documentation, as well as staying updated on trends, materials, and technologies relevant to residential interiors.
Qualifications
Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills for residential projects.
Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and Construction Drawings for accurate execution.
Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and coordination.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and understanding of materials, finishes, and lighting.
Effective communication and client-facing skills, with a collaborative approach on-site.
