Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the company’s overall SEO strategy across multiple markets and platforms.
Manage and mentor freelance SEO specialists, writers, and technical collaborators, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) and define clear action plans for improvement.
Oversee content SEO performance — from keyword strategy to optimization and internal linking.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure all web updates follow SEO best practices.
Analyze performance data using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Provide regular SEO performance reports and actionable insights to management.
Stay updated with algorithm updates, SEO trends, and competitive landscape to continuously refine strategy.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields.
5+ years in SEO, including management experience.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics tracking.
Experience in managing freelancers or external SEO partners.
Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Understanding of HTML, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and general web performance optimization.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
Candidates with experience in the gaming, aesthetic clinic, spa, or related industries are preferred.
