Presales Engineer

Role Description: The Presales Engineer role at Saaskart is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight Saaskart’s capabilities. The Presales Engineer will collaborate with technical teams to validate solution feasibility, support proof-of-concept engagements, and assist in integration planning for prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to technical queries, preparing documentation and proposals, ensuring security and compliance considerations are addressed, and providing clear, solution-focused communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Presales and Sales skills, including requirements discovery, solution presentation, and collaboration with sales teams.
Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to resolve customer queries, guide evaluations, and ensure a smooth technical experience.
Candidates should possess Integration skills to understand APIs, data flows, and system interoperability for client environments.
Candidates should possess Security awareness to address basic security concerns, compliance questions, and risk mitigation in proposed solutions.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software, familiarity with AI or data-driven products, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex concepts clearly, and comfort engaging with both technical and business stakeholders are essential.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur.
