Role Description The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chakia, responsible for managing and supporting the company’s real estate activities. Daily tasks include identifying and evaluating potential commercial properties, assisting in lease and purchase negotiations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on space requirements and utilization. The role involves maintaining accurate property records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting real estate development initiatives aligned with the company’s growth plans. The Real Estate Specialist will also liaise with external agents, landlords, and legal representatives, and provide regular reports on property performance, occupancy, and upcoming opportunities or risks.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local market trends and regulatory requirements.
Experience in Real Estate Development, with the ability to assess sites, support feasibility studies, and coordinate basic documentation.
Proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate property-related terms and build productive relationships with external partners.
Customer Service experience, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to interpret property-related contracts and legal documents, with attention to detail and risk awareness.
Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) for reporting and documentation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites or projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Chakia, with readiness to travel locally for property visits and meetings as required.
