Role: Account Sales Manager, Financial Industry — Philippines We are seeking an Account Sales Manager based in the Philippines to join our foundational sales team, focused exclusively on the financial services sector — banks, insurance companies, and fintech. This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and account growth across enterprise and high-growth financial institutions in the Philippines. The ideal candidate is a highly proactive, self-driven sales professional who is comfortable owning the entire sales motion — from opportunity creation through close — and who brings existing relationships or credibility within the Philippines' financial services sector. Success in this role requires the ability to build momentum through direct engagement, trusted relationships, and disciplined outbound execution, while also collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to expand Ridge Security's presence in this vertical. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the account sales strategy for financial institutions across the Philippines • Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion across enterprise and mid-market customers • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract close • Establish reference customers and long-term relationships in key target verticals • Identify, onboard, and enable channel and strategic partners in the region • Represent Ridge Security in executive meetings, regional events, and partner engagements • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, marketing, and leadership to ensure successful deal execution and customer outcomes Requirements • 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise sales, preferably within cybersecurity
• Demonstrated success driving new business and revenue growth within the Philippines' banking, insurance, or fintech sectors • Ability to independently create and advance qualified opportunities through proactive sales efforts • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders • Experience selling cybersecurity platforms, automated penetration testing, CTEM, or managed security services is strongly preferred • Experience working with and enabling channel or strategic partners • Fluency in English required; Filipino/Tagalog proficiency preferred • Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-growing company • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
