Role Description The Field Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri, responsible for coordinating and supporting school operations across designated locations. This role involves visiting schools and local offices, monitoring academic and administrative activities, and ensuring adherence to organizational processes and standards. The Field Officer will collect and report data on admissions, student performance, and outreach activities, and help implement initiatives related to marketing, parent engagement, and community relations. Daily tasks include meeting with school leaders, liaising with local stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and providing timely updates to management. The role requires consistent field presence, accurate documentation, and proactive communication to support the growth and reputation of Narayana Group of Schools in the region.
Qualifications
Ability to manage field operations, including school visits, coordination with staff, and timely reporting of activities and outcomes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, guardians, school leadership, and community stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in documentation, data collection, and use of common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email tools).
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow structured processes and guidelines.
Comfort with on-site work and regular travel within Siliguri and nearby areas
