Role Overview:
We are looking for pro-active individuals to act as an extension of the Founder/CEO while driving critical product initiatives. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to wear multiple hats—bridging the gap between high-level strategy, operational excellence, and hands-on product development. You will move seamlessly from drafting strategic briefs and analyzing market data to defining feature specifications and coordinating with AI/ML engineering teams.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
1. Strategic Operations & CEO Support
Act as an Extension of the CEO: Support the Founder in meetings with notes, actionable insights, and follow-ups. Ensure all functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Academic, Engineering) are aligned with CEO priorities.
Strategy & Research: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to draft strategic briefs for new initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation to identify gaps and improve organizational efficiency. Support OKR planning and evaluation of new ideas.
2. Product Management & Execution
Product Roadmap & Specs: assist in defining product strategy, drafting feature specifications, and writing user stories.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate actively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and successful launches.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyse product, operational, and user engagement data to propose improvements. Define and track KPIs to measure success.
3. Project Management
Track & Execute: Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution across teams.
Visibility: Create dashboards and trackers using Sheets, Notion, or Jira to provide leadership with real-time visibility into progress.
Who We Are Looking For
Background: Students or recent graduates in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Mindset: High ownership and initiative. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, founder-level environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for data and AI-driven products.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of producing high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Working knowledge of Notion, Jira, Trello.
Bonus: Exposure to Agile, UX, Wireframing tools, AI tools or startup operations.
