Assistant Marketing Manager

Forty-odd stores across the south generate a steady stream of in-store promotions, festive campaigns, and local activations, and right now one person is trying to keep all of it moving from a spreadsheet. A retail chain running about forty stores in the south, hiring through Flexiple, wants an Assistant Marketing Manager to take that load off and start bringing some structure to it.
Most weeks will mean coordinating with store managers on visual-merchandising rollouts, briefing a small design vendor on festive creative, and tracking which promotions actually moved footfall. You will sit close to the marketing head, learn how retail marketing gets planned and paid for, and get a real say in what launches next quarter as you find your feet.
This suits someone early in their career who wants hands-on retail exposure rather than a desk job watching dashboards.
0 to 2 years in marketing, retail, or a related internship
Comfortable juggling several small projects and vendors at once
Clear written English for briefs, calendars, and store communication
Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru or Chennai, on-site
Apply through Flexiple and a recruiter will be in touch shortly.
