Role Description The Counter Staff role at SK Finance Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, supporting branch operations and customer service. The role involves greeting and assisting customers at the counter, providing information about loan products and services, and guiding customers through basic application and documentation processes. Counter Staff will handle routine transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely data entry into company systems in line with internal policies and compliance requirements. The position also includes coordinating with branch and back-office teams, addressing customer queries professionally, and helping maintain a smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly environment at the branch.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at the branch counter.
Basic financial awareness and interest in retail lending or NBFC operations, especially vehicle and small business loans.
Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and working with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, branch management systems).
Ability to follow processes, adhere to documentation and compliance requirements, and maintain attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and Hindi; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in front-office, counter operations, or customer-facing roles in banking, NBFC, or similar sectors is beneficial.
Willingness to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a performance-driven environment.
