Role Description The Executive in Traffic Scheduling Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning and managing daily broadcast traffic schedules, including the accurate placement of advertisements, promotions, and program segments. The executive coordinates with sales, programming, and technical teams to ensure that all scheduled content runs on time and in accordance with contractual commitments and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing booking orders, updating traffic logs, resolving scheduling conflicts, monitoring live broadcasts for schedule adherence, and preparing regular reports on inventory usage and campaign delivery. The role also involves maintaining documentation, supporting process improvements in operations, and responding promptly to internal stakeholder queries related to traffic and scheduling.
