Vice President Finance

Role Description The Vice President Finance is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial planning, reporting, and control activities. This role includes managing budgeting and forecasting processes, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. The Vice President Finance will partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making, evaluate investments, and optimize capital allocation. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring financial performance, leading the finance team, improving financial systems and processes, and providing clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret, prepare, and present reports to senior leadership.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance, measure risk, and support data-driven decisions.
Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
Proficiency with financial systems, ERP tools, and Excel; familiarity with modern reporting and business intelligence platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse, geographically distributed teams in a remote environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
