Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HVAC Project Engineer to manage and execute HVAC projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of HVAC projects - Planning, Execution, and Handover
Site supervision, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems (VRF, VRV, Ductable AC, Chiller, AHU, FCU)
Prepare project estimation, BOQ, material procurement and billing
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and internal teams
Ensure project completion within timeline, budget and quality standards
Handle AutoCAD drawings, project documentation and daily progress reports
Manage site technicians and subcontractors
Troubleshooting and providing technical support at site
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
4-5 years of proven experience as HVAC Project Engineer / Site Engineer
Strong knowledge of HVAC Design, Load Calculation, Ducting & Piping
Proficient in AutoCAD
Good knowledge of safety standards and project management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Eligibility
Must be available for immediate joining
Must be based in Chennai / willing to work in West Mogappair
Work Location: West Mogappair, Chennai.
