We are looking for an expertise into Selenium/Playwright Architect.
Key roles & responsibilities:
• 15+ years of experience in Test Automation with 5+ years as an Automation Architect.
• Define and drive the Enterprise Automation Strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap.
• Architect and implement scalable, reusable, and cloud-enabled automation frameworks for Web, API, Mobile, ERP, and Data platforms.
• Lead GenAI-driven testing initiatives, including test case generation, script generation, self-healing automation, defect analysis, and intelligent reporting.
• Drive Shift-Left, Quality Engineering, and AI-assisted testing practices across the SDLC.
• Establish automation best practices, coding standards, framework governance, and quality metrics.
• Evaluate emerging tools and technologies and recommend the optimal automation solution architecture.
• Lead technical teams in framework development, modernization, and automation transformation programs.
• Define automation KPIs, productivity measures, ROI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and oversee CI/CD integration using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, and cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to align automation with business objectives.
• Conduct technical reviews, architecture assessments, and solution assurance activities across engagements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to architects, leads, and automation engineers.
• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, POCs, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Manage delivery of large-scale automation programs, ensuring quality, scalability, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
