Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the overall technology vision and strategy for LAW ADDA INTERNSHIP CELL in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and implementing IT and platform architecture, overseeing software development for the internship listing platform, and guiding product development to improve user experience and scalability. The CTO will manage technology-related projects, set priorities, and establish processes and standards for secure, reliable, and efficient operation of digital assets. This role will collaborate closely with the founder/manager, provide recommendations on tools and technologies, and ensure the platform can grow sustainably while remaining simple and accessible to users.
Qualifications
Strong Software Development skills, with experience in building and maintaining web-based platforms or similar digital products.
Demonstrated ability in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
Experience in Project Management, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering technology initiatives in lean or startup environments.
Background in Product Development, with the ability to translate user needs into technical requirements and iterative product improvements.
Familiarity with cloud services, basic cybersecurity practices, and performance optimization for online platforms.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote, part-time setting.
Previous experience in early-stage ventures, non-traditional organizations, or solo-founder setups is beneficial.
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
