Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser with strong expertise in woven garments manufacturing to manage orders from development to shipment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end order management - from inquiry, sampling to final shipment
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, and QA teams
Costing, pricing and negotiation with buyers and vendors
Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing and in-house production
Ensure timely development of samples and approval
Monitor production planning, TNA calendar and on-time delivery
Handle documentation and maintain accurate order status reports
Resolve any quality or delivery related issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-5 years of proven experience as Merchandiser in Woven Garments / Manufacturing
Strong knowledge of woven fabrics, garment construction, and production process
Excellent communication, negotiation and buyer handling skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / Merchandising software
Strong time management and organizational skills
Eligibility
Must be based in Chennai / willing to work in Chetpet
Must be available for immediate joining
