Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in the Mohali district, collaborating closely with marketing and content teams to support digital campaigns and brand initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual concepts, designing graphics for social media, websites, and digital ads, and developing logos and branding materials aligned with client guidelines. The role involves preparing design assets for multiple platforms, refining typography and layouts, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all marketing collateral. The Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, adapt designs based on feedback, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to digital marketing. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under defined timelines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create compelling visual content for digital platforms.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring readability and aesthetic balance across materials.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software).
Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
Solid portfolio demonstrating creative work for digital marketing, social media, and branding projects.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or comparable practical experience).
Strong time-management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
