Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of SnapLogic integration requirements, from requirement analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Act as the primary SnapLogic technical point of contact for customer teams and stakeholders.
Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable and effective integration solutions.
Design and define integration architecture, solution approaches, and technical designs using SnapLogic.
Develop, configure, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot SnapLogic pipelines and integrations.
Provide technical leadership and recommend SnapLogic best practices, integration patterns, and optimization approaches.
Design and support integrations involving Workday and other enterprise/vendor applications.
Support integration and onboarding initiatives related to the Xactly application.
Develop and support additional interfaces as the customer expands the use of SnapLogic as its middleware/integration platform.
Analyze and resolve complex SnapLogic integration issues and drive technical problems through to closure.
Provide architectural guidance and proactively identify potential integration risks, performance issues, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with business teams, application teams, vendors, and other technical stakeholders.
Participate in customer discussions, requirement workshops, solution reviews, and technical design discussions.
Provide clear technical documentation for integration architecture, pipelines, interfaces, and support processes.
Work independently and take complete ownership of assigned deliverables with minimal supervision.
