We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join CAARA’s Front of House team. The roles are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations for Indore location!

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations and service.
Deliver warm, professional, and personalized guest experiences.
Manage guest reservations, seating, enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Lead, supervise, and support the FOH team during service.
Maintain CAARA’s service, hygiene, grooming, and operational standards.
Monitor table service, guest satisfaction, and overall floor presentation.
Support sales, upselling, and achievement of outlet targets.
Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, and other departments.
Ensure SOPs, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are followed.
Handle shift opening/closing responsibilities and operational reports as applicable.
