AI Engineer – Specialized AI & Agentic Systems

Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role focuses on AI models, intelligent workflows, retrieval systems, and production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Build Agentic AI and Multi-Agent workflows for autonomous reasoning and tool calling.
Develop and optimize RAG, semantic search, and AI retrieval systems.
Build GenAI applications using LLMs/SLMs, prompt engineering, and model orchestration.
Develop classification, recommendation, and document intelligence solutions.
Implement LLMOps/AgentOps, including AI monitoring, evaluation, tracing, and lifecycle management.
Evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
Required Skills
Strong Python and AI/ML development experience.
Hands-on experience with LLMs/SLMs and Generative AI.
Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks.
Strong knowledge of RAG, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and AI Search.
Experience with Databricks, MLflow, AWS SageMaker/Bedrock.
Understanding of AI model deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.
Role Focus: Pure AI Engineering — algorithms, models, RAG, agentic workflows, orchestration, and AI operations. Not focused on UI/UX or standard CRUD development.
