Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate meaningful business insights.
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with business, product, operations, marketing, finance, and technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions. You will create reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and anomalies, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role is ideal for professionals who have strong SQL and Excel skills, experience with Power BI or Tableau, and a genuine interest in solving business problems through data.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Create daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and anomalies
Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance metrics
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and analytical needs
Translate business questions into structured data analysis
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Perform exploratory data analysis and trend analysis
Automate repetitive reporting and data preparation tasks where possible
Maintain dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytical documentation
Collaborate with data engineers and technical teams on data requirements
Prepare presentations and summaries for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning activities
Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational data governance practices
Stay updated with modern data analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookup functions, charts, and data analysis
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization
Good understanding of basic statistics and analytical concepts
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong problem-solving and research skills
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
