About Next Quarter
Next Quarter is a Shopify CRO and growth agency for DTC fashion and lifestyle brands. We help founders turn existing traffic into revenue through conversion audits, A/B testing, store design and performance marketing, all run on 90-day growth roadmaps. We work with brands across India and are expanding into Australia, the UAE and the US.
The Role
You'll own design across our client stores. Every page you ship goes live, gets tested against the control, and is measured on one number: conversion rate. If you want your design work judged by revenue rather than Dribbble likes, this is that job.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end design for Shopify storefronts: homepages, PDPs, collection pages, cart and checkout flows, landing pages
Turn CRO audit findings into test hypotheses and design the variants
Use heatmaps, session recordings and analytics (Clarity, GA4) to find drop-off points and fix them
Build and maintain scalable design systems for each brand
Write clean, developer-ready handoffs and work closely with our Shopify developers through build and QA
Present design rationale directly to client founders and defend decisions with data
Shape Next Quarter's own brand assets: pitch decks, case studies, site and social
What we're looking for
1-2+ years designing digital products or e-commerce experiences, with a portfolio of shipped work
Advanced Figma: auto layout, components, variants, prototyping
Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography and mobile-first design (most DTC traffic is mobile)
Understanding of conversion principles, not just aesthetics: friction, trust signals, information scent
Ability to work across multiple brand identities without defaulting to one house style
Self-directed, communicates clearly in writing, ships on deadline in a remote setup
Nice to have
Direct Shopify experience (themes, sections, app limitations)
Experience running or designing for A/B tests
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
A genuine feel for fashion and lifestyle brands
Work arrangement
