Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Manager role based in Asansol. The Information Technology Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and business applications that support BPO operations. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, ensuring data security and backup procedures, managing IT support requests, and coordinating troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The role involves collaborating with operations and leadership teams to align technology solutions with business needs, managing vendor relationships, and supporting technology upgrades and integrations. The manager will also develop and enforce IT policies, guide the IT team, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in IT infrastructure and systems administration, including network management, server maintenance, and endpoint support.
Candidates should possess skills in IT security and risk management, such as implementing security controls, managing user access, and ensuring data protection and backup.
Candidates should possess skills in IT operations and service management, including incident resolution, helpdesk oversight, and documentation of processes and procedures.
Candidates should possess skills in project and vendor management, including coordinating technology implementations, managing budgets, and working with external service providers.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage.
Experience in BPO or similar high-volume service environments, and familiarity with industry-specific tools or CRM platforms, will be beneficial.
