We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our BPO Outsourcing business.
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Asansol, West Bengal
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients looking to outsource their business processes.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
Understand client requirements and present suitable outsourcing solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the BPO outsourcing industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
