Overview:
We're hiring an Oracle Fusion Compensation & Benefits Consultant to design and configure Total Compensation and Benefits solutions — from Workforce Compensation (merit, bonus, stock) to Benefits Programs, Salary Administration, and Oracle ME self-service. You'll bridge HR strategy with Oracle Cloud configuration to build equitable, compliant, competitive comp & benefits programs.
What You'll Do
Configure Oracle Workforce Compensation (CWB) — plans, budget pools, eligibility, worksheets, approval hierarchies
Set up Individual Compensation (spot bonuses, allowances, relocation) and Salary Administration (basis, ranges, grades)
Design Benefits Programs/Plans/Options with eligibility profiles, derived factors, and rate profiles
Configure Life Events, Benefits Fast Formulas, Flex Credits, and Total Compensation Statements
Manage 834 EDI carrier extracts, ACA 1095-C setup, and Benefits-to-Payroll integration
Build pay equity/compa-ratio analytics via OTBI & HCM Analytics
Implement Oracle Compensation AI agents (Advisor, Guidelines Analyst, Statement Analyst)
Lead CRP/SIT/UAT sessions and drive stakeholder sign-off across HR, Finance, Legal
