📢 We’re Hiring | Junior Accountant – Accounts & Finance
Rohan Lifescapes is hiring a Junior Accountant for our Accounts & Finance team.
📍 Location: Dadar, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 4–6 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
💰 Salary: ₹3–4 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
Mandatory Requirements
Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
Hands-on knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
Strong knowledge of GST, GST Reconciliation & TDS
Experience in Bank Reconciliation
Vendor & Expense Accounting
Petty Cash handling
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Key Responsibilities
Book purchases, expenses, JVs, receipts & payments
Process and track utility bills
Prepare rent cheques and maintain rent records
Record rent income
Manage petty cash entries and reconciliation
Perform GST reconciliation and follow up for pending bills
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements
Maintain TDS-related accounting and documentation
Organize accounting records for audit and compliance
