Role Description The Student Counselor will provide guidance to prospective and enrolled students on pilot training programs, admission processes, and career pathways in aviation. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, and helping students understand eligibility criteria, course structures, and progression options. The counselor will maintain accurate student records, coordinate with faculty and administrative teams, and support orientation and information sessions. Daily responsibilities also include follow-ups with leads, delivering clear communication to students and families, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all visitors and applicants.

Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with students, families, and colleagues.
Customer Service skills to provide respectful, responsive, and professional support to all inquiries and visitors.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi with a student-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field; formal counseling certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in academic counseling, training institutes, or aviation education is preferred.
Proficiency with basic office software and student management or CRM systems to document and track interactions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple students, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
